We are looking for a skilled Laravel Mid-Level Developer with experience in building and maintaining web applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel framework, and database management, along with the ability to work on real-world projects, optimize performance, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based web applications and RESTful APIs.
2. Design and manage relational databases using migrations, seeders, and Eloquent ORM.
3. Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
4. Integrate third-party APIs and external services (e.g., payment gateways, email, SMS).
5. Apply clean coding practices, SOLID principles, and maintain modular architecture.
6. Write unit, feature, and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
7. Debug, troubleshoot, and fix backend and frontend integration issues.
8. Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver features.
9. Use Git for version control, participate in code reviews, and follow branching workflows.
10. Handle deployment, environment configuration, and server management (VPS).
11. Optimize performance through caching, queues, and database query tuning.
12. Ensure security best practices against CSRF, XSS, and SQL injection.
13. Monitor logs, track errors, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
14. Write clear documentation for code, APIs, and workflows.
15. Stay updated with Laravel and PHP advancements and mentor junior developers when needed.
16. Supervise and mentor subordinates by providing technical guidance, reviewing code quality, and supporting professional growth.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Laravel (PHP)
2. Strong understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL
3. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AJAX, JavaScript, html, and css
4. Strong understanding of Git version control
5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
6. Experience with Redis, Docker, Linux, and server management is a plus

Education:
