We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Field Support Executive to support our school management software clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, user training, and system assistance to schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client schools for software installation and configuration
- Provide training to school staff (Administration, Teachers, Accounts)
- Assist in data setup and system usage when required
- Ensure smooth operation of the system at client locations
- Report field issues, feedback, and client requirements to the technical team
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
- Familiarity with excel/word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Two-wheeler driving license (preferred)
Qualification:
- +2 or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
