We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Field Support Executive to support our school management software clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, user training, and system assistance to schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client schools for software installation and configuration
  • Provide training to school staff (Administration, Teachers, Accounts)
  • Assist in data setup and system usage when required
  • Ensure smooth operation of the system at client locations
  • Report field issues, feedback, and client requirements to the technical team

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
  • Familiarity with excel/word
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
  • Two-wheeler driving license (preferred)

Qualification:

  • +2 or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
